“I've used Claude every day for months. It's useful, but I'm still coming in to manage my business every Sunday. I'm still figuring out what to run, managing every prompt, responding to every question, and checking its work.

Russell is the first thing I've seen that flips the script: it kicks off the tasks for me; gets it to 99%; and I just review and approve it.”

The first hire

Everything starts with one Chief of Staff.

Before Russell hires a single specialist, it spends time learning how your business actually works — your customers, your jobs, your numbers, your voice. That's what makes everything after it useful instead of generic.

  • It learns your business once. Not re-explained for every tool you bolt on.
  • It runs your operating rhythm. Daily, weekly, quarterly, and yearly, so nothing slips between the cracks.
  • It knows when to hire. When a job needs a specialist, it proposes one — trained on what it already knows about you and your business.

What it runs from day one

Four things every growing business needs.

The Chief of Staff isn't a chatbot bolted onto your business. It's built on four foundations that give it — and every agent it hires — a real, current picture of how things are going.

Then, hire what you need

Once it knows the business, it can staff it.

Tell your Chief of Staff what's slipping, and it proposes a specialist — already trained on your customers, your pricing, your voice. You approve the hire, same as any other.

What does it cost?

Russell is free until October 2026. We will then charge $499/mo to access the platform; $10/mo for each additional team member; and you'll give Russell a budget for any agent hire before the hire is made.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every message Russell drafts — especially anything that goes to a customer — waits for your approval before it's sent. Nothing external goes out on your behalf without a review step you control.

Is my data safe?

Your business's data is used only to run your Chief of Staff. It's never pooled with other customers' data nor used to train shared models.

How is this different from tools like Jobber, ServiceTitan, or Clio?

Those tools give you a place to log information. Russell is the layer that reads across them, decides what actually needs your attention, and drafts the follow-through — built to work alongside the tools you already use, not replace them on day one.

What does "approving a hire" actually look like?

When your Chief of Staff thinks a specialist would help — say, quote follow-up — it explains why, shows you an example of the work it would do, asks for a budget, and waits for a yes. You can pause or remove any agent at any time, same as any hire.

When can I actually start using this?

We're onboarding design partners by hand before opening up more broadly in Fall 2026. Joining the waitlist puts you in line for early access.
